YUMMY PANKCAKES!!!!
WHAT YOU NEED: 100g Plain Flour, Pinch of salt, I egg , 300ml of milk, 10 teaspoons of oil.
Seive the FLOUR and SALT into a bowl and a 'well' in the bowl. Then pour in HALF the MILK . Then crack the one egg and pour it in aswell.Beat the mixture together until you get a smooth surface with no lumps. Then you can pour in the rest of the MILK. Ask an adult to do the next part. Heat a pan over a medium heat. Add a teaspoon of oil and swish it round the bowl. Pour in the batter then turn to get a circular shape. Cook for about 30 seconds.

Cool Cupcakes
ingredients: 125 g (4oz) of self-raising flour, 125g (4oz) of butter (room temperature), 125g (4oz) of castor sugar, 1tsp (tablespoon) vanilla essence, 2 eggs, 1tsp baking powder.
1. SIEVE the FLOUR and BAKING POWDER in a BOWL, set the OVEN to 190oC/375oF/Gas mark 5
2.Add everything eles: BEAT the EGGS and throw them in the BOWL with the BUTTER,SUGAR and VANILLA ESENCE.
3.WHISK untill it's CREAMY
4.DOES IT DROP OFF A SPOON?? If the mixture drops off a spoon easily in a dollop them it's ready
5.Fill up the CASES in a TRAY, then place it in the OVEN for 20 MINUTES.
6.Take it out of the OVEN (ASK AN ADULT TO HELP WITH THIS!!!)
